Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are delivered within 3-10 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • Delivery delays can occur occasionally.

  • Shipping timing is dependent on the shipping company, which may differ based on on the specific recipient address.

  • We choose the fastest shipping option available based on the work areas across India and globally.

In case of unavailability, large parcels are sent through Bluedart surface services and some packages through Bluedart express services. Delhivery is used as a last resort in rare cases when the above two options are not available. Contact information for each service provider is.

Return & Exchange Policy

We only accept returns for damage or change in items that are reported within 2 days of delivery.

 

To request a return or exchange, please email us at vijayshreegondal@gmail.com.

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the return courier charge as we provide shipping at nominal rates.
